The Fritz Pollard Alliance Foundation is our charitable arm, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to educating the public about equal opportunity in sports and providing scholarships to aspiring sports industry professionals of color.

The Fritz Pollard Alliance is a 501(c)(6) membership organization comprised of scouts, coaches, and front office personnel in the NFL as well as other sports professionals committed to equal opportunity in the industry.

OUR MISSION

The FPA exists to champion diversity in the National Football League (“NFL”) through education and providing its members with resources that will help them succeed at every level of the game.
